The Booking Process

Make the First Move

Fill out the intake form with your information so we can learn the juicy details about your event. We’ll be in touch within 5 business days to get the conversation started.

Let’s Mingle

This is a complimentary call where we get to know each other and make sure we’re both a good fit :) . We’ll discuss your creative vision and review your event details here.

Design & Proposal

Post consultation you’ll receive a proposal including a price quote and a visual mood board showcasing the design inspiration. One round of design revisions can be included here, to make sure we nail it.

Seal the Deal

This is our contract stage, where you will officially book Alyssa Marie Floral as your florist and be one step closer to bringing your vision to life.

We have a minimum spending requirement of $5,000 for our full-service package. This ensures that we can provide the best possible experience and attention to detail needed to create a truly exceptional and personalized floral design for your special event.
We offer a la carte service package for budgets lower than $5,000.

Item description
I do not have arches in my inventory, but I am happy to help you coordinate an arch rental!
I do not have fabrics in my inventory, so you will have to supply them. I am happy to incorporate them into the design on the day of your event.
